At Silks Are Forever, we want you to be completely satisfied with your artificial botanicals and home decor. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receipt for a refund.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Log into your account or contact our customer service team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back.

  Pack Securely

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the delicate silk florals are cushioned to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned greenery and confirms it is in original condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
